The SDB Center on Ministry is proud to announce that registration for the Fall 2018 session of our Ministry Leadership Certificate, a part of the SDB University, is now open online. We invite current students planning to take classes to register quickly for this fall’s classes, as they begin after Labor Day.
The following classes will be offered this fall:
- SDBU 201 – Ministry Leadership in the Church
- SDBU 210 – Biblical Interpretation
- SDBU 220 – Old Testament Survey
- SDBU 250 – Introduction to Theology
This falls sees some minor adjustments to this certificate program, as the name of the certificate has changed from “Pastoral Leadership Certificate” to “Ministry Leadership Certificate.” This adjustment was made to more clearly reflect actual course content. To correspond with this change, some classes have changed titles, though the course material remains substantially the same. Students with questions about these changes are invited to invite the Dean of the School of Ministry (nkersten@seventhdaybaptist.org) with questions. These changes will not affect students ability to complete the program or course work which has already been completed.
Students who wish to begin classes this fall who have not submitted an application are advised to contact the Dean immediately, as admission to the program needs to be handled as soon as possible!
